back when we were all still friends.
times have changed.
we've all grown up a little.
some of us smile and wave as we pass in the hall,
some of us look the other way,
some of us pretend like we don't even each other.
but at one point, we were all friends.
this was the first day of summer after freshman year...we all got "kidnapped," got manicures, and ate breakfast at the Sugar Shack.
It was a lovely day :)

Lex, I am so happy to have met you/stayed friends with you throughout high school. You have become an extraordinary lady and I know you're going to do amazing things in the future.
I can still distinctly remember thinking you were such a rockstar back during freshman year.. rocking the colored eyeliner and whatnot. And you were SUPER confident. I thought you were so cool, and to this day, I still do.
Keep doin' your thannnnng mamaz. You're a beautiful person.
